Meiraj Najm Khan is a Pakistani architect and urban researcher specializing in Strategic urban planning and policy. Her research interests are in migration, gender, and spatial justice. She holds an M.Sc in Urban Development and Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where her thesis examined how public spaces can bridge migrant and host communities in South Holland. As a Researcher at the Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Centre for Sustainability, she conducted ethnographic fieldwork on labour-migrant integration in the Netherlands' greenhouse economy. Her peer-reviewed work, published in the Journal of City Climate Policy and Economy (2025, supported by C40 Cities), explores the adaptation struggles of rural migrant women in urban Pakistan.
