Enamul Hoque Tauheed is a Doctoral Researcher at Maastricht University whose research focuses on refugee self-reliance under conditions of protracted encampment. Through ethnographic research with Rohingya refugees and programme implementers in Cox’s Bazar and Bhasan Char, Bangladesh, he studies how camp infrastructures, bureaucratic arrangements, and everyday acts of navigation shape livelihood, skills, and entrepreneurship programmes in practice. His broader interests lie in forced migration, humanitarian governance, infrastructure, and the everyday politics of living with prolonged uncertainty.
