Caitlin Katsiaficas is a policy analyst at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), where her recent research focuses on talent attraction and retention, skills mobility, international protection, and integration and inclusion. Prior to joining ICMPD, she held positions at the Migration Policy Institute, World Bank, International Rescue Committee, and George Washington University’s Institute for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies, in addition to internships with local and national refugee resettlement organisations in the United States. Caitlin holds an MA and BA in international affairs from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, where her studies focused on conflict, migration, and development.
