I have extensive experience in qualitative field research in Türkiye, supported by international research fellowships. My academic work focuses on forced migration and labor market integration in Türkiye. I worked as a project assistant in the first project, GOAL, specifically designed for Roma communities and Syrian Roma refugees. I carried out advocacy-oriented field work in collaboration with local stakeholders and international NGOs along the Türkiye–Syria border. I have six years of professional experience across semi-governmental institutions, industry-based organizations, and NGOs. I was responsible for engaging with public institutions and business actors globally to foster sectoral collaboration and internationalization.
